Company Description

Halder Venture Limited is a leading rice and edible oil manufacturing company with a legacy dating back to 1924. Headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, the company has a global presence across Europe, Asia, and Africa, supported by four manufacturing units located across West Bengal.

Role Description

The concern person will be responsible for the following:

Lead the launch of the rice consumer brand in modern trade, e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
Manage sales of these rice varieties through these channels.
Develop policies to enhance the sales of these rice varieties.
Maintain liaison with modern trade, e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
Support the branding/marketing team with necessary initiatives.
Be responsible for the P&L of rice sales through the three channels.

Qualifications/Essential Skills

Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Strong acumen for brand development in the food FMCG space.
Must have experience handling food FMCG brands in the modern trade and e-commerce space.
Bachelor's in business administration or any related field.
MBA will be preferred.
Having experience working on a rice brand will be a plus.
