Job Description

Conduct financial and business analysis to assess the companys performance across key KPIs, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly basis after closing and prepare management reports. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and explain variances. Prepare regular financial reports for the regional management as well as for corporate reporting as per the group guidelines. Review contracts for compliance with financial policies, assess associated risks, and negotiate cost-effective terms with vendors to optimise outcomes. Present financial information and analysis to various stakeholders, including the preparation of presentations for board meetings, monthly reviews, and management committee meetings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop financial plans aligned with business goals and provide support to optimise revenue generation and cost management. Support internal and external audits by assisting in planning, documentation preparation, inquiry addressing, and the timely implementation of audit recommendations. Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and reconcile physical counts with system records through collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams. Do all the statutory compliances. Oversee accounting activities and taxation matters, including overseas (foreign offices) and different group companies.
