Qualification: 3 Year Diploma or Degree ( B-Tech/BE ) in Mechanical / Agriculture.
Experience: Min 3 Year Experience in Field/Training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to Queries via Call:Address customer calls, understand tractor-related complaints, and provide effective resolutions by applying your technical expertise.
2. Handling Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) on ASK Portal:
Manage and respond to TARs (Technical Assistance Requests) submitted through the ASK portal, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are delivered.
Competencies:
Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in handling Laptop with having skills ( MS- OFFICE, IT systems, and other digital platforms )
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. .
Customer-Oriented Approach: Focused on delivering quality solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
General Skills:
Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues, Dealer person.
