Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, code, test, and implement software solutions on the
AS400/iSeries platform
.
Provide
product support
, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and enhancements.
Work with
RPGLE, ILE, CL, and Synon (CA 2E)
for application development and maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform
unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Support deployment, production releases, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in
RPGLE, ILE, Synon (CA 2E)
and CL programming.
Hands-on experience in
AS400/iSeries environment
.
Ability to design, code, test, and implement complex software solutions.
Solid experience in
product support and application maintenance
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
