Artist Sales Manager

Javis Entertainment is looking for a dynamic and driven Artist Sales Manager to generate revenue opportunities for our roster of exclusive artists, celebrities, and performers. The role involves pitching, securing, and managing live shows, brand partnerships, and collaborations, while ensuring alignment with the artist’s brand identity and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive bookings for artists across private shows, college festivals, clubs, corporate events, and music festivals.

• Identify and close brand deals, endorsements, and collaboration opportunities.

• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with promoters, venues, event companies, and brand managers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

• Explore new markets and expand artist reach in domestic and international territories.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or bookings in the entertainment, events, or music industry.

• Strong network of contacts with promoters, venues, brands, and agencies.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients simultaneously.

• Understanding of contracts, licensing, and commercial agreements.

• Passion for music, live entertainment, and artist growth.

Preferred Background

• 1-3 years of experience in talent management, events, media, or related fields.

• Prior experience in artist bookings, sponsorship sales, or brand tie-ups is highly desirable.
