Job Description

As an Artist Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing relationships with artists, performers, and talent across various live events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless, professional, and on-brand experience for the artists involved. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional events. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Artist Liaison:** Serve as the main point of contact for artists throughout the event process. - **Contract Management:** Assist in reviewing and coordinating performance contracts, riders, and deliverables. - **Scheduling & Logistics:** Manage artist travel, accommodations, per diems, and onsite schedules. - **On-Site Support:** Provide guidance and assistance to artists from arrival to departure. - **Technical & Hospitality Riders:** Collaborate with production and hospitality teams to meet artist requirements. - **Crisis Management:** Handle last-minute changes, requests, or emergencies efficiently. - **Budget Oversight:** Track artist-related expenses and contribute to budget management. - **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth event execution. - **Brand Alignment:** Ensure artists comply with event branding, content, and conduct guidelines. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience in Artist Management, Tour Management, Talent Coordination, or Event Production. - Strong understanding of event production and entertainment industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively. - Proficiency in managing multiple artists and schedules simultaneously. - Familiarity with artist riders, booking procedures, and live performance logistics. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days. - Proficiency in basic project management tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling tools. **Preferred:** - Background in music, live performance, or arts & culture events. - Existing network of artist contacts or experience with high-profile talent. - Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in international event settings.
