Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist Manager at Dot Media in Mumbai. The Artist Manager is responsible for overseeing the careers of artists, ensuring their professional growth and success. They manage schedules, secure brand collaborations, negotiate contracts, and handle media and promotional activities

Responsibilities:

* Secure collaborations with brands, agencies, and media outlets to enhance visibility and revenue.

* Negotiate deals, contracts, and agreements on behalf of artists, ensuring favorable terms.

* Collaborate with media agencies to plan and execute promotional campaigns across platforms.

* Manage artist schedules, including performances, media appearances, and brand commitments.

* Work with marketing teams to amplify the artist’s personal brand and projects.

* Monitor budgets, revenue streams, and expenses for artist projects and collaborations.

* Build networks with industry professionals to identify new opportunities.

* Handle conflicts and challenges to protect the artist’s reputation.

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience required in artist management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
