Artist Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with artists and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations. Additionally, you will oversee the programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities. Staying updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry will also be a part of your role. During events, you will provide on-site management to ensure the smooth execution of artist and programming elements. Maintaining accurate records of artist and programming activities and assisting in budget planning are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing industry trends, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service to talent and clients - Negotiating contracts and managing them effectively - Coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff for scheduling and integrating performances - Staying updated with current trends and emerging artists in the industry - Overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements during events - Maintaining accurate records of artist and programming activities - Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events - Providing exceptional customer service to talent and clients Qualifications Required: - Freshers or proven experience in 360 Artist management & Sales - Strong negotiation and contract management abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational and multitasking skills - Experience in the entertainment industry Location: Mumbai Office timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (6 days working) Requirement: Must have own laptop Additional Details: The job type is full-time and permanent.
