Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy 

  AI agents

   focused on fraud detection, risk analysis, and financial transaction security.
• Research and implement 

  agent-based AI architectures (multi-agent systems, LLM-driven agents, autonomous reasoning frameworks)

   to solve complex financial fraud challenges.
• Collaborate with founders, researchers, and product teams to 

  translate research ideas into working prototypes and production-ready systems

  .
• Develop 

  real-time AI-driven monitoring systems

   that can detect, predict, and prevent financial fraud.
• Optimize models for 

  accuracy, scalability, and low-latency performance

   in high-transaction financial environments.
• Stay updated with the latest in 

  AI Agents, Reinforcement Learning, LLM frameworks, and financial cybersecurity trends

  .
• Thrive in a 

  startup environment

   – contribute to product vision, experimentation, and rapid iterations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years

   of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Agent AI Researcher.
• Strong experience with 

  LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.), reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AI/ML frameworks

  .
• Experience with 

  financial data, fraud detection, anomaly detection, or cybersecurity models

   is a big plus.
• Familiarity with 

  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

   and deployment of AI services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to 

  work independently in a fast-paced startup

  .
• Excellent communication skills and a 

  founder’s mindset

   – passion to build, iterate, and scale solutions.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in 

  FinTech / RegTech / Security AI startups

  .
• Exposure to 

  graph neural networks, time-series anomaly detection, or cryptographic AI solutions

  .
• Published research or projects in 

  Agent AI / Financial AI security

  .
