Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Minimum 4+ years relevant in AI/ML)

Location: Cochin / Thiruvananthapuram

Salary Range: ₹15 – 20 LPA

Work Mode: Onsite / Offshore

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI-driven solution development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent solutions into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models for diverse business use cases.

Lead end-to-end AI solution development including data processing, model training, and deployment.

Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to embed AI solutions into live systems.

Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, best practices, and technical training.

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency while ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices.

Research and prototype cutting-edge AI advancements (transformers, generative AI, reinforcement learning, etc.).

Enhance and evolve the existing AI/ML tech stack with the latest tools, frameworks, and practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of AI/ML experience, including building and deploying models at scale.

Strong programming skills in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with ML pipelines and deployment tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data modeling.

Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
