About the Role:

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  Agentic GenAI systems

  , including multi-agent architectures and autonomous decision-making agents.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI tools into backend systems.
  
• Build robust, scalable backend services using

  Python

  (preferred) or

  Java

  .
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to prototype and productize AI features.
  
• Optimize performance of AI agents and backend services across distributed systems.
  
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and reliability in AI infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience

  in designing and implementing Agentic Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in backend development using

  Python

  (preferred) or

  Java

  .
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
  
• Familiarity with tools and libraries related to autonomous agents (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenAgents, AutoGen).
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying AI agents in real-world applications (e.g., customer support, research assistants, workflow automation).
  
• Contributions to open-source GenAI/Agentic AI projects.
  
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
