About the Company

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on designing and building agentic AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced reasoning frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, with the ability to apply these technologies in real-world banking use cases.

This role focuses on designing and building agentic AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced reasoning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Implement RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone) for knowledge retrieval.
• Develop prompts, few-shot examples, and context-aware workflows to improve LLM performance.
• Use agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen to orchestrate multi-step interactions.
• Build scalable pipelines for document processing, OCR, and computer vision-based analysis.
• Integrate AI solutions with banking workflows (e.g., KYC, fraud detection, claims processing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver robust AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure secure, scalable deployment of solutions on Azure Cloud using best DevOps practices.
