Role Overview

AI Engineer

Model Development & Deployment

Build, fine-tune, and deploy
LLMs, NLP models, and ML pipelines
.
Develop candidate scoring, relevance ranking, and matching algorithms.
Implement embeddings, vector search, and semantic similarity solutions.

AI Integrations

Integrate AI models with backend systems (Node.js, microservices).
Build AI agents for tasks like screening, interviewing, candidate Q&A, and job matching.
Work closely with the product team to convert hiring workflows into AI logic.

Data Engineering & Optimization

Work with structured/unstructured data to train and optimize models.
Improve model accuracy, latency, and inference cost.
Implement data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering pipelines.

R&D + Innovation

Explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and model optimization techniques.
Build proof-of-concepts for new AI modules and evaluate performance.
Continuously improve the intelligence layer powering GoodSpace AI.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
Strong hands-on skills in:
Python
, PyTorch/TensorFlow
LLMs
, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate)
NLP
, transformers, text classification/NER/summarization
Experience with model deployment using
APIs, Docker, or cloud services
.
Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and scalable model inference.
Good problem-solving, experimentation, and debugging skills.

Good to Have

Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, RAG pipelines).
Exposure to
HRTech / hiring intelligence
products.
Experience with
LangChain
,
OpenAI API
,
Hugging Face
, or similar ecosystems.
Knowledge of data annotation, prompt engineering, and RLHF.
Familiarity with backend (Node.js) or frontend for integration use cases.
