Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant at our office located in Chandigarh, India. The Articled Assistant will assist with tasks including preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting audits, handling tax returns and GST filings, updating accounting records, and supporting advisory services. The role also involves active participation in compliance work and financial planning under the guidance of senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Proficiency in GST, tax returns preparation, and compliance-related tasks
• Knowledge of audits and experience in basic auditing procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, MS Excel, or related platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas
• Currently registered as an articled assistant under the ICAI guidelines
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work requirements
