Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Pune. The role involves assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and adhering to regulatory compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities may include working on direct and indirect tax assignments, preparing reports, conducting research, and supporting consultancy services as needed.

Qualifications

• Accounting and auditing skills relevant to statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Knowledge of taxation, including direct and indirect tax assignments and compliance
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data
• Ability to conduct research and draft reports clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in using financial and accounting software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field; pursuing CA or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
