Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Delhi. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, cultivating relationships, and driving client satisfaction. With a focus on practical exposure, technical learning, and professional discipline, HSDG & Associates provides a supportive environment for Article Assistants to gain comprehensive experience across multiple domains while progressing in their Chartered Accountancy journey. 2. Role Description The Article Assistant will undergo practical training in accordance with ICAI regulations and will support the firm in executing audit assignments, accounting functions, taxation work, and compliance activities. The role offers structured exposure to statutory audit, tax audit, GST, TDS, corporate filings, and financial reporting, along with opportunities for client interaction under supervision. Responsibilities may include: Assisting in statutory and tax audit fieldwork and documentation Supporting preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, and related compliances Maintaining books of accounts and preparing ledgers, reconciliations, and working papers Assisting in preparation of financial statements as per applicable standards Performing research on tax, accounting, and regulatory matters Preparing audit schedules, verification notes, and compliance checklists Coordinating with clients for data collection and clarification Ensuring adherence to ICAI training norms, work discipline, confidentiality, and reporting standards The role is designed to enhance technical competence, professional skepticism, practical understanding of financial regulations, and readiness for post-qualification professional responsibilities. 3. Qualifications Registered as an Article Assistant with ICAI and eligible for articleship Passed CA Foundation or completed graduation as per ICAI requirements (or Inter qualified, as applicable) Strong academic orientation and willingness to learn Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and auditing concepts Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally or equivalent preferred) Good communication, analytical ability, and ethical conduct Commitment to balancing work responsibilities with ICAI study and examination requirements
