Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. As an Articled Assistant, you will assist in auditing, tax planning, and compliance-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing taxation documents, assisting in statutory audits, and providing support for business consultancy projects. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of services while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Good research and analytical skills to handle complex data and identify solutions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Must be enrolled in the ICAI Articleship program
• Understanding of GST, income tax, and regulatory compliance processes
• Prior exposure to client interaction and financial consulting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field is preferred
