Job Description

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading creative direction and driving design excellence to set a benchmark for impactful campaigns. Your key success in this role will involve establishing design simplicity and developing communication designs that resonate with the public, enabling execution teams to create localized campaigns with consistency and impact. You will need to demonstrate a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise across various mediums such as digital, outdoor, and print. With at least 8-10 years of experience, you will work from the office located in Mohali/Chandigarh. A strong understanding of Punjabi language, culture, and local nuances is essential to ensure that creative work connects with the regional audience. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also required for effective collaboration and communication. Knowledge of written Punjabi would be advantageous but not mandatory. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing creative strategies and directions, driving design simplicity, and creating replicable templates for regional adaptation. - Participating in brand strategy discussions to shape creative vision and leading the conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives. - Overseeing creative delivery and processes for digital, outdoor, print, and integrated campaigns, and managing the development of large-scale mass campaigns with a strong visual and cultural impact. - Understanding and implementing brand-specific design strategies, representing the creative vision in client meetings, and collaborating with various teams to align creative execution. - Building, mentoring, and motivating a capable creative team, driving innovation, skill development, and collaborative processes within the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of inter-department coordination, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization, and identifying training needs to implement employee development activities. Your core competencies should include design acumen, leadership and mentoring skills, industry knowledge, customer focus, planning and organization abilities, and effective communication skills. Please note that this is a 12-month contractual position.,
