The Role

We’re looking for an Art Director who loves design, thinks conceptually, and can shape visual storytelling across digital, social, film, and new-age platforms. You’ll partner with copywriters, strategists, and technologists to bring ideas to life—while mentoring designers and keeping execution sharp.

What You’ll Do

Develop campaign concepts with creative and strategy teams

Own visual execution across digital, social, film, and print

Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to push possibilities

Collaborate with copy, tech, and media teams to deliver integrated work

Present and articulate creative ideas internally and to clients

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of experience in a creative/design role, ideally at a digital-first or integrated agency

A strong portfolio showing design craft, versatility, and storytelling ability

Solid skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD/Figma) and motion basics

Comfort exploring and applying AI/ML tools in design workflows

Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams

Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
