Key Responsibilities: Finance Process Design & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and finance leadership on ERP-driven financial transformation. Analyze and optimize core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Budgeting, and Reporting. Ensure ERP design supports statutory compliance, audit readiness, and corporate policies. Design and Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation of finance modules in RAMCO and Infor LN ERP platforms. Define AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, and ensure system alignment with finance operations. Coordinate with technical teams for configuration of finance modules, including item/inventory valuations, fixed assets, chart of accounts (COA) structure and dimensions, costing methodology, group hierarchy etc. Documentation & Testing: Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training materials. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), issue resolution, and ensure sign-off by finance stakeholders. Training & Change Management: Conduct workshops and hands-on training for finance users. Drive change adoption and continuous improvement through post-go-live support. Governance & Reporting: Ensure all financial configurations are auditable, compliant, and aligned with internal controls. Support real-time and period-end financial reporting, consolidations, and BI integrations. Migration : Oversee the migration of financial data into the RAMCO and Infor ERP system, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the process. Integration : Facilitate the integration of the Infor and Ramco ERP system with existing financial applications and databases to enable seamless data flow and reporting. Training : Develop and conduct specialized training sessions tailored to our specific business processes, ensuring that business users are proficient in using the new system. Ongoing Support : Provide continuous support and guidance post-implementation, addressing any questions or issues that arise to ensure smooth operations. Best Practices : Stay updated on industry best practices and Infor enhancements, recommending improvements to optimize the ERP system’s financial processes. KRAs and KPIs: 1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ERP certifications preferred 5–8 years of experience in ERP finance functional consulting Proven expertise in RAMCO and/or Infor LN ERP platforms Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, tax compliance, and audit processes Should be well versed with Financial Closing activities – Month closing and Year closing.
