We’re Hiring Role: Art Director / Art Visualizer Experience: 3–4 years (exceptional freshers with strong portfolios welcome) Location: Mumbai • On-site / Hybrid Type: Full-time About the Role At MORE IDEA, creativity meets strategy. We’re looking for someone who can own the visual craft of campaigns—transforming insights into bold concepts and polished executions across digital, video, OOH, and brand design. You’ll team up with copywriters, strategists, and motion designers to create work that is not only beautiful but also effective. What You’ll Do Develop Concept & idea print campaign & brand identity, TVC & digital film key visuals, style frames, and storyboards Art direction shoots and motion graphic projects with partners Keep visual consistency across digital, OOH, print, and video Present concepts with clear rationale and refine with feedback Mentor junior designers and uphold brand standards Must-Haves A portfolio that shows idea-led design, typography, and layout skills Command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, (Canva, Figma / After Effects a plus) Understanding of social-first design, brand systems, and production Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative Good-to-Have Experience with ATL/BTL campaigns, film key art, OOH, and motion Skills in photography direction or illustration Education Applied Arts / Fine Arts / Visual Communication (or related arts background).
