Role Overview

As Art Director, you’ll spearhead the visual creative direction and branding strategy, working across digital and print platforms. Depending on experience, the role spans hands-on design work to leading a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation and visual design concepts for campaigns, branding, digital content, and print media.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept to delivery while meeting brand guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visuals.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring cohesion across visual outputs.
• Stay attuned to design, industry, and digital marketing trends to keep SRV Media’s creative work cutting edge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Art Director: 5–9 years including leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video tools as needed.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print campaigns.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
