• Conceptualize, design, and oversee execution of creative campaigns across digital and offline media.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual communication strategies.
• Guide and mentor designers, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and media teams for cohesive campaign delivery.
• Review creative deliverables to maintain innovation, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on design, media, and cultural trends to inspire fresh creative approaches.

📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in creative/design roles, preferably in an advertising or digital agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, art direction, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
