Art Director

What You’ll Do

Own the creative direction for the brand across campaigns, digital, packaging, and social.
Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that resonate globally.
Lead and mentor a small creative team, while producing high-quality work yourself.
Design and deliver assets hands-on: digital ads, social posts, landing pages, campaign visuals, packaging mockups.
Oversee photoshoots and video production — from concept to final delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to keep creative sharp and performance-driven.
Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints: website, paid media, social, retail, and influencer content.

Who You Are

6+ years in design or art direction, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
A portfolio that shows both
conceptual thinking
and
hands-on execution
.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools.
Experience leading small creative teams or freelancers.
Strong eye for photography, typography, and modern digital aesthetics.
Thrives in a D2C environment, balancing speed with quality.
Hustler mindset — not afraid to experiment, iterate fast, and get things done yourself.
