The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 3–4 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency
• A strong portfolio with work across social, video, influencer, and display
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like

  Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3
