Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor

   the creative team, fostering collaboration across design, video, web, and content.

• Integrate AI tools and prompt engineering

   into our creative workflow — from concept to execution.
• Oversee 

  website design projects

  , ensuring UI/UX excellence.
• Guide the creation of high-impact work across digital, print, film, and experiential mediums.
• Stay ahead of 

  AI trends, creative tech, and modern art forms

  .
• Be the Harry Potter of

  traditional media, riding press, OOH, point of Sales like a DON

• Maintain

  brand consistency

  and ensure every deliverable meets top creative standards.

You’ll Excel If You

• Have 3

  + years in creative leadership

   with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Are hands-on with 

  creative software

   (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.) and open to new creative tech.
• Understand 

  AI-driven design tools

   (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT, Lovart prompt engineering).
• Know 

  modern web design & development processes

  .
• Can blend artistry with strategy, ensuring creative ideas also meet business goals.
• Are a strong communicator and an inspiring mentor.
• Are comfortable in English, Gujarati and Hindi
