Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives and deliver creative concepts that align with their goals
• Provide art direction and guidance on visual elements of advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of quality and creativity
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidates experienced of 2-5 years in similar role preferred.
