Art Director

We're creative stormtroopers. 15 years young. Currently we're looking for 'The one' who can come be a part of our squad, and bring in aesthetics, design and visualisation to the team! In simpler terms, an innovative and dedicated graphic madhatter to join our agency. The individual in this role would be responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, both electronically and in print. The Designer will be working on designs across various sectors of advertising including traditional and non traditional media. Being a Social First Agency, a deep understanding on visual designs and their impact is required. You'll be working on Social Media creatives, Emailers, Banners, Websites, Print material and much more!

Requirements and Qualifications

• Understanding of Design tones for various brands.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Experience with both print and electronic media
• Proficient in design and photo-editing software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines and work together with the team to find solutions.
• The ability and desire to stay up-to-date with commercial design/graphics trends and implement these in daily work
• Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive and we’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable with ambiguity and encourage collaboration, especially working cross-discipline.
