You will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing collaterals that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  visual concepts, layouts, and artworks

  for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
• Translate briefs into compelling

  visual narratives

  while staying true to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
• Deliver

  designs, illustrations, and mock-ups

  that bring ideas to life.
• Explore and experiment with

  new design styles, trends, and techniques

  to keep work fresh.
• Ensure

  consistency, quality, and attention to detail

  across all deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with

  tight deadlines

  while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
• The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling

  .
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to

  balance creativity with functionality

  .
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
• Experience working on

  digital-first campaigns

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
