Role Overview

Art Director – 2D / 3D

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for branding, marketing, digital, 2D, and 3D event campaigns.
  
• Ensure design alignment with brand and client objectives across ATL, BTL, digital, MICE & experiential formats.
  
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of design team members.
  
• Create visual assets and spatial design solutions for conferences, exhibitions, activations, and internal branding.
  
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, production teams, programmers, and client servicing teams.
  
• Maintain brand identity and support internal creative communication.
  
• Stay updated with design trends and introduce innovative visual styles, techniques, and formats.
  
• Oversee end-to-end design development — from concept ideation to production alignment.
  
• Present, pitch, and confidently defend creative rationale to clients and internal teams.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  
• 8–10 years of experience in graphic design or experiential design within events, media, advertising, or creative industries.
  
• Strong portfolio in event design, brand activation, spatial design, and integrated campaigns.
  

• Mastery of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong spatial visualization with deep knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and structural feasibility.

• Ability to translate abstract ideas into experiential, branded 2D/3D spaces.

• Skilled in design storytelling and developing immersive spatial concepts.

• Balance of creative vision and strategic thinking with understanding of client objectives and business context.

• Ability to pitch, present, and justify creative decisions confidently.

• Awareness of global trends and emerging technologies in experiential and spatial design (AR/VR, sustainable materials, modular design).

• Strong attention to detail, excellent visual judgment, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Effective communicator with experience guiding and reviewing junior designers.
