Art Director

We’re hiring Art Director (Work From Office – Chalakudy, Kerala | Malayalam required).

Key Responsibilities

• Create standout

  packaging designs

  aligned with brand goals.
• Develop and

  manage print-ready artwork

  (labels, brochures, flyers, marketing collaterals).
• Lead branding projects — logos, brand guidelines, visual systems.
• Design high-impact social creatives (posts, ads, carousels, stories).
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.
• Coordinate with print vendors (dielines & print specs required).

• Team management

  and guiding junior designers when needed.
• Stay updated with

  design and market trends

  relevant to FMCG and digital design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience

  in graphic design, with strong exposure to

  FMCG packaging & branding

  .
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (AE/Canva is a plus).
• Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, and digital design.
• Solid understanding of print production techniques and social media trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead creatively.

• Must know Malayalam.
