Take complete responsibility for ideating, visualizing, and creating new, innovative ideas & design campaigns for all relevant sales channels, both offline and online, keeping in mind the required timelines for each project and the brand's ethos and language.
Possess knowledge about campaigns in both print and digital mediums, including social media and digital media.
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs.
Layout key guidelines to be followed for brand assets and elements across platforms - digital, offline, parlors, and aggregators.
Ensure uniformity of all branding elements with respect to color palette, font style, design language, etc.
Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the marketing team.
Help layout a detailed social media grid pattern and design language (color scheme, brand tonality, font style, etc.).
Design digital ads that help in maximizing the efficacy of campaigns.
Create packaging designs and utilize printing and development knowledge to close projects, including checking all digital proofs, cylinder proofs, and sample proofs for colors and overall design, and give approval to proceed to the next stage.
Coordinate with external agencies, if needed, for some creative requirements (note: ideally, all marketing work is done in-house for our brand).
Must have experience in an advertising agency, specifically with leading FMCG brands in the Food and Beverage category or with an FMCG brand.
Experience with luxury, international, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Understanding of graphics, design and visual principles, design layouts, color, fonts, proportions, themes, etc. Ability to manage brand shoots from a technical point of view.
Self-motivated individual who can take full ownership of projects and manage them end-to-end within agreed-upon timelines.
