Eloqua Developer - About The Role : We are seeking a skilled Eloqua Developer with extensive experience in Oracle Eloqua and a solid understanding of marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. Key Responsibilities: Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua and its various modules. Create and manage multiple campaigns, audience segments, and large-scale data segmentation projects. Manage cross-channel data transfer and ensure data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and proper lead flow between Eloqua and Salesforce. Develop and maintain automated workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, email marketing automation, and lead flow processes. Create and manage marketing automation campaigns, including:Campaign setup. End-to-end testing of data within Eloqua applications. Deployment and monitoring of active campaigns. Post-campaign analysis and recommendations for improvement. Design and implement Eloqua programs and landing pages for form submissions. Create and manage Custom Data Objects (CDOs) and utilize them effectively based on business requirements. Qualifications and Skills Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua is mandatory. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus. Proficiency in creating automated marketing workflows and managing data integrity. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend actionable insights for campaign optimization. Have 3-5+ years of experience as Eloqua developer. Named Job Posting?
