Area Technical Manager

You will be responsible for managing valuations, technical audits, setting up standard processes, and monitoring technical evaluations in the location/branch. Core Responsibilities: - Ensure that the NPA's are maintained at minimum trigger levels - Identify and recommend appropriate legal actions for stress contracts - Manage portfolio movement and control loss for the specific product in the assigned region - Ensure roll forward rates to higher buckets are within defined parameters - Analyze and maintain zero delinquency within required parameters/policies - Deal with delinquent customers, publish MIS, and review daily collections, pending cases, and expected delinquency - Provide effective interdepartmental communication with operations, credit, and sales - Develop systems meeting local requirements and identifying correct channel partners - Ensure customer satisfaction through quick resolution of issues and complaints - Visit high-value/strategic customers - Facilitate competition mapping and market trend analysis - Ensure in-house officers/agencies perform as per defined SLA - Manage productivity by fixing parameters for DMA/Agencies/collection executives - Monitor performance against set parameters and review collection managers/officers regularly - Lead and supervise the collections team for recovery agenda implementation - Provide appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies - Ensure compliance with Audit/NHB/IRB regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Qualification: - Graduate - Masters/Post Graduate (Optional),
