We’re expanding our team and looking for a result-driven Area Sales Officer to boost our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Handle primary and secondary sales in the assigned area Appoint and manage distributors and retail networks Drive order generation, route planning, and beat coverage Monitor stock levels, execute product promotions, and maintain in-store visibility Train and support Sales Representatives under your region Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to management Key Competencies: Sales-Driven: Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving growth. Customer-Focused: Ability to maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth sales operations. Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
