Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand activations.

• Conduct field visits to identify potential customer segments, distributors, or franchise leads.

• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations for event collaborations.

• Manage distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, posters, and merchandise.

• Track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and competitor activities.

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, pricing, and competitor trends.

• Support store launches, franchise events, and health camps.

• Ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all marketing activities.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve local marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion (Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory with their own travel source, i.e. self-owned vehicle.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

• Fluency in local language, Hindi, and English.
