With a dedicated team for Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH)-based assays, S N Gene Lab investigates gene arrangements linked to conditions like leukemia. Over the past decade, the lab has processed more than 75,000 samples from across India. Continuously innovating, the lab incorporates the latest equipment and tests to advance molecular diagnostic capabilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai as an Area Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves spearheading marketing initiatives, identifying business growth opportunities, and building relationships with medical professionals to promote S N Gene Lab's services. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Marketing Manager will also coordinate with team members to expand the lab’s presence and contribute to its growth objectives.

• Proven skills in sales and marketing strategy, business growth initiatives, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights to drive business development.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to manage and coordinate sales activities effectively.
• Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
