Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored to the wound care segment.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends in the wound care space.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for NPWT and other wound care solutions.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales.
  • Coach and manage the internal sales team with product-specific training and target setting.
  • Assist in developing annual sales forecasts and marketing plans aligned with healthcare industry standards.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships within hospitals, wound care centers, and clinics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in

    medical or wound care device sales

    (NPWT, dressings, surgical consumables, etc.).
  • Proven track record in handling B2B/B2C healthcare clients or hospital sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, hospital purchase cycles, and tender processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
