Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as point of contact and follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer service is met when communicating with customers on a regular basis.
Source new sales opportunity through inbound lead follow- up and out cold calls and email.
Gather additional detail or information from clients to respond efficiently to customers requests for information, assistance, and materials.
Support individual salespeople by generating solar sales proposals on a regular basis to support for a multitude of prospects and customers.
Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes.
Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow in the team and ensure that client demands are met.
Keep team members informed of information that affects workflow and service delivery.
Updating all contact details & communications with customers in CRM database.

Preferred candidate profile

He should have 2-6 years of sales experience. Solar sector experience should be there atleast for 2 years.
He/She should have good communication skills verbal and written.
He/She should be Result Oriented, Highly Motivated, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills.
The candidate should have Bachelors Degree in any stream. Electrical engineering preferred.
Any Master’s Degree/Diploma in sales will be added advantage.
