Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team (Sales Officers/TSIs/Executives) to ensure strong market performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key B2B Accounts and wholesalers.
• Plan market routes, optimize territory coverage, and ensure execution of visibility and merchandising standards.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and share actionable insights with management.
• Implement trade promotions, schemes, and marketing activities across the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits, review sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train and develop the sales team in product knowledge, negotiation skills, and market execution.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales (preferably in FMCG industry).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in team handling.

Education:

Graduation in any stream.
