About Us:
The Wellness Shop is a rapidly growing wellness and personal care brand, committed to providing clean, conscious, and effective products to our customers. As we expand our footprint across India, we are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in general trade and modern trade.

Key Responsibilities:
· Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory· Appoint, manage, and develop channel partners, distributors, and retailers· Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets· Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and market penetration· Train and monitor performance of field sales executives· Analyze sales data and share reports with management· Ensure timely collections and credit management

Requirements:
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in area sales management in beauty and personal care segment· Proven ability to build and manage a sales network· Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
