We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company

Profile - Area Sales Manager

Products - Two Wheeler

CTC - Upto 8 LPA

Age - Upto 36 Years

Location - Nagpur

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for two wheeler loan products.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships across the assigned area to increase business opportunities.
Identify new business prospects through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in NBFC industry or related field.
Strong understanding of two wheeler loan products and financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with dealerships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
