Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, recruiting and training dealerships and sales teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring process and documentation compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive loan disbursal volumes. Key Responsibilities Dealer Network Management: Empanel new dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) to expand market reach and ensure optimal inventory and sales forecasts. Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), process compliance, and proper documentation for loan applications and approvals. Business Development: Oversee promotional activities, drive market penetration, and ensure brand and product visibility at dealership outlets. Portfolio Quality: Monitor the health and quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring healthy and compliant loan sourcing. Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor budget achievements, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
