Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for IVD products in assigned territory. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through effective communication. Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities to promote company's products. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the medical devices industry. Strong understanding of biochemistry, hematology, IVD technologies.
