Currently we are hiring Area Sales Manager for Asset management company.

Role: Area Sales Manager

Experience: 5+ years (WFO)

Location: Mumbai – Pune – Ahmedabad – Baroda – Surat – Hyderabad – Chennai – Kolkata

New Delhi

Preferred Industry: AMC or Broking industry

• In charge of recruiting, promoting, and overseeing RMs and sales representatives in the area's public sector banks who also deal in mutual funds.
• Influence senior-level decision-making to get the PSU banks' opinions.
• Growing the business by consulting with regional heads, senior RMs, branch managers, etc.
• To support business expansion, make sure that relationships with designated banks in the area are efficient and harmonious.
• Mapping the potential for relationship management, cross-selling, and primary selling a variety of M.F. (investment) products.
• Oversee and direct a sales force, creating and putting into practice plans to meet mutual fund sales goals.
• Develop and preserve client connections, respond to inquiries, and guarantee adherence to legal requirements.
• Keep an eye on market developments, evaluate sales results, and participate in strategic planning for company expansion.
• Carry out training initiatives, successfully manage spending plans, and interact with stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Requirements:

• Product expertise.
• Market expertise and significant networking.
• Essential abilities for managing accounts.
• Needs to be detail-oriented.
• Must be prepared to add jobs in a horizontal fashion.
