Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for Chennai/Bangalore territory through direct customers dealer/distributor network (exiting and new)
  • Identify new business opportunities in

    automotive, fabrication & engineering industries

    .
  • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and provide market intelligence.
  • Work closely with HO for timely order execution, collections & reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE-Mech, Diploma in mechanical, ITI or MBA in marketing.
  • 48 years of industrial/B2B sales experience

    , preferably in

    abrasives, cutting tools, or industrial consumables

    .
  • Strong territory development & dealer management skills.
  • Good communication & negotiation abilities.
  • Based in

    Chennai/Bangalore

    , with strong knowledge of local industrial market & customers.

Compensation

  • Base Salary:

    5,00,000 7,00,000 per annum
