As an Area Sales Manager at Shah Brothers, your primary role will involve generating sales in the R & D and Production departments within a specified geographic area or market segment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing sales, establishing new customer relationships, managing key accounts, actively promoting products, understanding customer needs, prospecting sales, maintaining post-sale relationships, and achieving business growth through lead generation and successful sales closures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate sales in R & D and Production departments - Maintain existing sales and build new customer relationships - Handle clients and key accounts effectively - Actively promote products to existing and potential customers - Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions - Prospect sales and lead generation - Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Generate new inquiries and achieve business growth through successful sales deals and negotiations **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - 0-10 years of experience in B2B sales of laboratory equipment or scientific instruments is preferred - Familiarity with industrial requirements in Pharma and Biopharma Processing - Dynamic individual willing to travel and work closely with customers for high Sales Volume - Dependable, self-motivated with good communication skills and a sense of responsibility **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), Engineering, or related field Shah Brothers is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team as an Area Sales Manager.
