Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Thoothukudi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the designated area. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and conducting training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:

     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the designated area.
  • Team Leadership:

     Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
  • Client Relationships:

     Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis:

     Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Travel:

     Regular travel within the assigned area to meet clients and support the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

     Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT product like cloud computing, BulkSMS,Digital Marketing and hardware like Laptop desktop and CCTV products.
  • Leadership Skills:

     Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Communication Skills:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills:

     Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
  • Education:

     Any Degree
