Job Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of multiple salon outlets in assigned area
Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across locations
Manage and train salon managers and staff
Monitor sales performance, expenses, and customer experience
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities locally
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in salon, beauty, or wellness industry(mandatory)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent operational and business acumen
Ability to travel between Mumbai and Pune
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
