Saburi Ply is a fast-growing brand in the wood panel industry, known for quality and innovation. As we expand our Particle Board Division, we are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to take charge of our Mumbai market.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Leader to grow our Particle Board Business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wood-based panel industry with experience managing OEMs, key accounts, and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market share for Prelam Particle Boards in the Mumbai region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets.
• Identify new opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and project clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market visits and client meetings regularly.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the production team for timely order fulfillment and capacity planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role within the wood-based panel industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Particle Board products and applications in furniture and interiors.
• Proven success in managing OEMs and dealer networks in Mumbai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and nearby regions.
